How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically ship orders within 7-10 Business Days. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed. We ship from multiple warehouses. Shirts/Hats/Apparel ship from our warehouse in Spring, Texas. Vaultek products ship separately from their Florida or California warehouse.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order.

How can I exchange an item?
Hassle-free returns! Please email email@example.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely. If you don't love your item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
Do you offer refunds on International orders?
Yes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost incurred for return shipment is the responsibility of the sender.
